Yoga Lover Christmas Gifts
As a fellow yogi I have to say it has changed my life for the better.
When I turned 40 I decided that exercising even 15 minutes a day was better than nothing.
I mean who doesn’t have that amount of time to dedicate to themself each day.
Don’t get me wrong it was NOT an easy process but 5 years later I now do yoga or pilates 15-30 min every morning.
Aside from the health benefits it just puts me in a better mood and mindset.
If you are looking for a good place to start check out Boho Beautiful on Youtube for FREE.
Not for nothing but if there was an affiliate program for them I’d be there highest earner for sure.
I recommend them constantly.
This is one of the videos I started with because I focused on Abs then and now.
Now when you are thinking about gift ideas for your yoga lover here are things I have found useful in my practice.
Top Picks
1. Yoga Mat
Dedicate your next practice to this durable, high-performance yoga mat. Sustainably sourced from Vietnamese rubber trees and Portuguese cork farms, its cushiony top layer supports hands and joints throughout every pose. The mat’s nonslip material also delivers serious traction the wetter it gets, making it ideal for sweaty sessions. Cork is naturally antimicrobial and provides a self-cleaning surface that reduces grime and odor. Lightweight and travel-ready–hello, shoulder strap–this mat helps keep you grounded, focused, and in the moment.
This is a must-have for any practice. I have found that it is important to purchase a nonslip mat especially when you are doing harder poses. Having stability underneath you is key to your yoga success.
2. Mat Towel
This ultralight, incredibly compact towel is poised to replace your cotton or microfiber version. Made of nanofiber, with threads even thinner than microfiber ones, the fabric absorbs 2.3 times its weight in moisture without the bulky, nappy surface of other towel textiles. An anti-microbial coating thwarts bacteria and lasts through repeated washings. The vented silicone carry case has a carabiner clip for attaching to your bag, or to the towel itself for near-instant hang drying.
While I do not tend to sweat during my practice many do, especially if they are doing hot yoga or pilates. My son used to do this during the wrestling season to drop the extra pounds of water weight and a towel was definitely a necessity.
3. Water Bottle
Combine the benefits of crystal with the mind blowing properties of normal water. Water charged with crystals enables your body cells to integrate the positive energy easily on a cellular & vibration level.
One of my favorite crystals is my ROSE QUARTZ STONE NECKLACE from Boho Beautiful. It has been out of stock for some time now but you can purchase a similar one from ALEX AND ANI.
Having the crystal inside your water bottle during your yoga practice will be a constant reminder to love yourself because that is the meaning of this crystal.
This would be one of the many Yogi Christmas gifts to consider for your yoga lover this year.
4. Yoga Blocks
MANTRA: I WILL NOT SPILL MY WATER.
You’re on your mat, soaking up the serenity of an early-morning yoga class. As you tip forward toward half-moon pose, the sacred silence of the studio is shattered by a loud clanking and the glug glug glug of your water bottle, tipping over and spilling. Your cheeks slowly flood with color. If only your water bottle could balance as well as you do.
Well, this one does. The Balance Bottle is a removable vessel that fits inside its foam yoga block. When you want a sip during class, just twist off the top and drink right from your block (it easily slides out for to-go use outside of the studio, too). The sturdy block will protect your bottle from spills and help you reach the right angles for your asanas….without driving your teacher bananas.
This is by far one of my favorites here! I mean how awesome is it to have a water bottle AND yoga block all in one. Way less to carry if you are going to class and perfect for the unexpected difficult poses that you may need a little extra support to achieve.
5. Yoga Ambiance
You go to yoga to align your chakras, and the spa to pamper the day away. But how do you keep the positive vibes flowing once you get home? Try these palo santo sticks that have a subtle, sweet scent like a blend of citrus and mint. Considered sacred in some South American cultures, palo santo is often used in space cleansing rituals. To use it, light the end of the wood until it’s burning like a match, place it in the fire-resistant ceramic tray, and allow the smoke to fill your space with a delightful, calming aroma. It also makes a thoughtful gift for a friend who practices meditation or simply loves enchanting scents.
Set the mood for your practice by activating all your senses including the sense of smell. By setting the ambiance of you practice it will elevate you to a higher place.
6. Yoga Inspiration

I was very tempted to put the inhale-exhale wall decal we have in the Airbnb but I just felt this was more appropriate.
So often we hold onto resentment and anger from the past when we truly just need to let that shit go. Realizing that I can ONLY change myself has been a game-changer in my life and helped me let go of the need to control. Definitely a work in progress but something I am aware of on a daily basis.
7. Meditation Pillow
“Om my goodness, this is comfortable,” you think as you settle into lotus on your recycled sari meditation pillow. You close your eyes, but before you can clear your mind, you can’t help but think about kantha, the ancient Bengali hand-stitching technique used to create each unique pillow. You give silent thanks to the women who created these pillows; each was a victim of human trafficking who is now free to earn her own living creating beautiful, traditional objects. Finally, you breathe deeply, in and out, drifting into a peaceful meditation.
These meditation pillows are bright and happy which will help you get into that zen zone as you meditate. I always finish off my yoga practice with meditation and then journaling. Doing both has really helped keep my creative juices flowing and set my intentions for the day. This is on the top of my Yogi Christmas gifts list for sure.
8. Healing Crystals
Calling all independent ladies: Satya Scainetti’s powerful crystals have your back. Choose the stone that speaks to you, whether that’s onyx (representing perseverance), rose quartz (a classic symbol of love), or aventurine (a pretty green number that stands for balance). When you’re feeling stressed, wear it as a reminder of what makes you strong. It’s a little like a pick-me-up strung on a gold-plated brass chain.
Wearing crystals around your neck is a constant reminder to breathe and protect your energy at all costs. This is something I have been working on. Over the weekend a young family member complimented my Black Obsidian Pendant Necklace, Wrapped Black Obsidian Wand, Dragon Glass Necklace.
I said Thank You and explained that the Black Obsidian crystal protects you from bad energy. That whenever someone is projecting it at you if you point the crystal at them it keeps the energy away. She replied, “oh I need that”!
Now I know what to get her for Christmas this year haha.
